You have been granted an all access pass to our dining voyage. This is the first of many posts as we embark on pleasurable (hopefully), delectable experiences that tantalize our palette. Ironically we're not in Brooklyn anymore. Regardless of the locale, great food & friends are always our aim.

First up is Alpha Fusion 2 located at 169 8th Avenue in Chelsea. Let us start by saying that the staff is just delightful. Appetizers consisted of Thai crispy crab cakes & cheese wontons. One word...scrumptious! Unfortunately, we cannot share photos of everything because we were more concerned with shoveling food down our throats and neglected to document it. (our bad...whoopsie) Main dishes consisted of tofu pineapple fried rice & spicy shrimp chow fun. Let us sum up our experience, food was very good, drinks a little too strong for our delicate palettes but immediately rectified. Bartender is a PYT and takes direction well. Pretty certain that we're browsing two different shelves (wink, wink) but everyone enjoys good eye candy.

Of course, we are celebrating my B'day and received a delicious celebratory treat, best part is it was $free.99 just the way we like it. Followed by our new all time favorite, Patron Cafe shots. Duh winning! Suffice it to say, Alpha Fusion is a MUST EAT. We're already anticipating a follow-up visit to sample the sushi. It looked delish.

Thai food + Strong drinks = winning!
