Thick & Proud!

"One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well."

Spring has finally sprung (kinda-sorta) and it is time to get our waistlines under control for what we hope to be a fabulous summer season. After the level of disrespect that Mother Nature has regarded us with in terms of snow and frigid temperatures it cannot come soon enough. We don't believe in diets although our slowing metabolisms may beg to differ. Eating a well balanced meal is open to interpretation because every meal is unbalanced without a glass of wine. At least that is what we read in the foodwhores' dictionary. Everything in moderation should surely do the trick. A sip of wine a squat or two. A sip of wine a few crunches and lunges. Get the idea? But really what is a girl to do? We are thick and proud and you should be too. Let's face it, we need to keep the bumps and lumps in all the right places so let's get it together for summer.

There are so many workouts and quick fixes circulating on social media but slow and steady usually wins the race for all intent and purposes. We dare not post a before pic however maybe we can keep each other motivated. Thick Girl Problems: Fighting to Keep it SEXY!
